Managed by Hugh Knight, our Control Room features a number of state-of-the-art monitoring systems. Information is continually fed into the control room from Alarm and CCTV base stations which is then processed by operators on a 24 hr basis.

Our newest CCTV monitoring system features artificial intelligence and is able to detect if the image features a person, animal, car, or other inanimate objects, reducing the false positive detections that used to occur. The system self-learns and is always being improved.
